Data Deletion Instructions

At Bug Games LLC, we respect your right to control your personal data. In compliance with GDPR, CCPA, Apple's App Store Guidelines, Google Play Developer Policies, and Meta's Platform Requirements (2026), you have the right to request deletion of all data associated with your account.

For Facebook Instant Games Users

If you have played any of our games via Facebook Instant Games, you can remove your game data by following these steps:

Go to your Facebook Profile → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
Navigate to Apps and Websites in the left sidebar. You will see all apps and websites linked to your Facebook account.
Search for the specific Bug Games LLC game you wish to remove.
Click "Remove" next to the game.
Check the box for "Delete all posts, photos, and videos on Facebook that [app name] may have published on your behalf" if prompted.
Click "Remove" to confirm.

This will remove the app's access to your Facebook data and delete any associated data from our servers within 30 days.

For iOS (Apple) Users

To delete your account and data from our iOS games:

Open the Bug Games LLC game on your device.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request.

Alternatively, you can contact us directly (see below). All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified request, as required by Apple's App Store Review Guidelines.

For Google Play Users

To delete your data from our Android games:

Open the Bug Games LLC game on your device.
Navigate to Settings → Privacy → Delete My Data.
Confirm the deletion request.

Direct Data Deletion Request

If you would like Bug Games LLC to manually delete all data associated with your user account from our internal databases, please contact our support team using the information below.

Please include the following information in your request:

Your User ID or in-game username
The game name(s) you played
Your Social Network ID (if you connected via Facebook)
The email address associated with your account (if applicable)

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted from our systems:

Account profile information (name, email, social IDs)
Game progress, scores, and achievements
In-app purchase history records
Device identifiers linked to your account
Social connections and leaderboard entries
Any user-generated content

Note: Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for product improvement purposes. Transaction records may also be retained as required by applicable financial regulations.

Processing Timeline

Once your identity is verified, your data will be permanently purged within a 30-day processing window, in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, Apple App Store, Google Play, and Meta platform requirements (2026).
